OVO

Final project from Hacktiv8, completed to fulfil the graduation requirements. The process began with research planning, desk research and competitor analysis. Those insights were translated into Crazy Eights, low-fidelity flow diagrams, wireframes and wireflows.

Once the sketches were settled, I built the design system — colour styles and text styles first, then the full component library for OVO. From there the work moved into high-fidelity design and prototyping.

Usability testing followed with three participants — extreme, semi-extreme and non-extreme — to surface the pain points of the defined target user. Those findings drove a round of design improvements, and the second prototype was finalised on the back of them.

Scoring four tasks with the Single Ease Question method, the proposed OVO redesign improved by roughly 26.86 points over the initial prototype.
