About the project
A complete Cypress end-to-end suite for Finance Family, a Next.js progressive web app for tracking household income and expenses, built with Clerk authentication and shadcn/ui.
The suite holds 102 documented test cases across nine modules: authentication and route protection, navigation, theme and layout, the dashboard, transaction CRUD, the transactions table, category management, period and currency settings, API contract checks, and a responsive, PWA and accessibility pass. Every case is written in Arrange–Act–Assert form with explicit expected results.
The most recent full run was 108 tests, 108 passing, in just under sixteen minutes. Building the suite also surfaced one genuine defect in route protection, which I logged with reproduction steps alongside the tests that lock down the guarantee.
The whole project is documented as a bilingual QA portfolio — test plan, test cases, testing report, defect report and Mochawesome reporting — in both English and Indonesian.
